Kudos to Chef Daniel Wilson, a finalist for the 2012 Electrolux Australian Young Restaurateur Award. Wilson is a 1997 graduate of GRCC’s hospitality program and now runs the Huxtable Restaurant in Fitzroy, South Australia.
