Join the organizational development staff at 2pm today (Wednesday, 12/16) for the latest Faculty & Staff Forum in the ATC Banquet Rooms (122/124). The OD dept. has two objectives and would appreciate the input of employees:
The forum will last for an hour (and the OD dept. promises good snacks).
GRCC employees are invited to attend an introductory, one-day “Formation” retreat focused on leadership, February 19th, 2010 at the Franciscan Life Process Center near Lowell. The event includes breakfast and lunch and will run from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The concept of Formation is based on the work of Dr. Parker J. Palmer, noted educational leader and author, and builds upon eight years of Formation work at GRCC for leaders, faculty, and staff. In addition, Grand Rapids Community College is part of a network of colleges, health care organizations, K-12 districts, philanthropic organizations, law firms, government agencies, and community leaders engaged in this form of deep professional development. Delta College women basketball loses 75-51 to Grand Rapids Community College

It was a rough night Tuesday for the Delta College women’s basketball team. The Pioneers were defeated 75-51 by the Grand Rapids Community College Raiders. The leading scorer for Delta was Gracie Baumgartner with 11 points. Both Alex Ramirez and Ashley Stelter added nine points.
