GRCC Players “Art of Murder” Benefit for Haiti

GRCC Players present “Art of Murder” A comedy by Joe DiPietro.  Wednesday, 2/24/2010 will be a benefit performance – all proceeds benefit the Haitian Relief Fund (started by GRCC’s Student Congress)…ticket cost for GRCC Students/Staff – $5.  Regular performances Thursday, 2/25/2010 through Saturday, 2/27/2010 at 8pm in the Spectrum Theater  (160 Fountain NE).

From the description: “The ideal artist: famous, productive and … DEAD!”  Art of Murder is a comedy whirlwind of thrills, chills and laughs…it will keep you guessing who is to be killed and who is the killer. Caution: graphic language and situations.

GRCC Alumni Chris Grooms directs the following students in this face-paced comedy-thriller: Danielle Slot, Gary Kilgore, Erin Field & Kristopher Bottrall.  Please join us for an evening of laughs and suspense! Condolences to Tim Koets and Family

Recently Tim Koets (Computer Applications) suffered the loss of his mother.   Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Chapel at Calvary Church, 707 E. Beltline N.E. with Rev. Tom Couch officiating. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery.   Those who would like to pay their respects may visit the Reyers North Valley Chapel from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Hospice-Trillium Woods. Reyers North Valley Chapel.  The full obituary is available here.
