Former WOOD-TV meteorologist Ginger Zee to appear on NBC ‘Today’ show

GRAND RAPIDS — When meteorologist Ginger Zee graduated from Rockford High School in 1999, one of her goals was to be on NBC’s “Today” show by age 30. That dream is about to become a reality for the 29-year-old former WOOD-TV ( Channel 8 ) meteorologist. The GRCC Police Department will be conducting training on the third floor of Sneden Hall on Wednesday, March 3 from 10:00am – 7:00pm. Access to the third floor of Sneden Hall will be restricted to those participating in the training.
