When George Frideric Handel composed his famous “Hallelujah” Chorus, he claimed afterward that, as he wrote, “I thought I saw the face of God.”  Were he on hand Saturday evening in DeVos Performance Hall, Handel might have added that he heard the voice, too. Former WOOD-TV meteorologist Ginger Zee to appear on NBC ‘Today’ show

GRAND RAPIDS — When meteorologist Ginger Zee graduated from Rockford High School in 1999, one of her goals was to be on NBC’s “Today” show by age 30.  That dream is about to become a reality for the 29-year-old former WOOD-TV ( Channel 8 ) meteorologist.
