Commencement marks the start of the summer project season. These are some of the projects GRCC’s Facilities staff are gearing up for, which will start May 3rd:
- Sneden Hall:
– Second and Third Floor classroom renovations
– Parking deck and surface repairs - Ford Fieldhouse:
– Arena floor replacement
– Lighting improvements
– Painting and acoustical upgrades - LRC
– Continuation/completion of the roof replacement - Thompson M-TEC
– Parking lot expansion
– Classroom split/addition - Lyon Street Parking Structure Renovation
– Phase 2 - The Administration Building on Fulton Street
– Cleaning, updates and readiness for GRCC occupancy
