Looking for GRCC Spirit Award Nomination

Just a reminder that we are presenting the GRCC Spirit Award monthly. Do you have a colleague or department member that exemplifies the GRCC Values. If so, take a few minutes to nominate that special person for the GRCC Spirit Award.  Visit grcc.edu/grccspiritform and complete the form. It can be done electronically! Make sure you give examples of how they exhibit 2 – 3 GRCC Values.

Move It or Lose It Drawing: 5/25/10

Congratulations to Mary Jo Chisholm, winner of a $25 Meijers Card, And Carolyn Morrison, winner of a $25 Bookstore Gift Card.  Their names were drawn in the Move It/Lose It Incentive Prize drawing. Both were first time winners.  Best Wishes Ladies!  The next drawing will be June 7.

Employee Entrance of Lyon St. Ramp Closed 5/26/10

Starting Wednesday morning 5/26, the Faculty/staff entrance to the Lyon St. Ramp will be closed. The lower levels of the ramp will be closed Wednesday, Thru Monday for repairs. The lower entrance will re-open Tuesday morning.  The entrance to the upper floors of the Lyon ramp will be off from Bostwick (Student entrance).  Please pull a ticket to enter and sign the back of the ticket to leave.

Crescendo 2010 GRCC Foundation 4th Annual Fundraiser

The Grand Rapids Community College Foundation presents Crescendo: a night of world class music and cuisine that will send your spirit and tastebuds soaring – October 12, 2010.  Proceeds to benefit the GRCC Music Department.  Honorary Co-Chairs:  Duane & Kaye Davis, Chuck & Stella Royce.
