Condolences to Tamara Scott

Condolences to Tamara Scott (Language & Thought) lost her father last week Thursday (6/24) in Phoenix, AZ. There will be a local service Thurs., July 1.  Visitation for her dad, Ceville B. Hinman, will be on Wed. June 30 4:30 – 8:00 p.m. at Life Story Funeral Homes, Portage and the funeral will be on Thursday, July 1 11:00 a.m. at Chapman Memorial Church of Nazarene, Vicksburg with visitation one hour prior to the service. Instead, the Grand Valley State University biology professor looks at other factors, such as new information, when selecting books for his students. GRAND RAPIDS – Jeane Read emerged from the Grand Rapids Community College bookstore after spending hundreds of dollars on music and microbiology textings. She even rented some of them for the first time. GRAND RAPIDS — At 19, Chelsea Morrow is ready to retire.Morrow, who lives in Caledonia and is a sophomore at Grand Rapids Community College, is preparing to retire from competitive figure skating. The only area figure skater to compete in the Olympic Trials, Morrow announced on the eve of the Grand Rapids Open, being held this year in conjunction with the Meijer State Games of Michigan, that this likely is her final season as a competitive skater.  (More)
