Thanks to the work of the IT department, GRCC has changed its email retention policy from 31 days to 132 days. This will enable Staff and Faculty to have current correspondence throughout an entire semester in their “live” mailbox. People that have auto-archive setup should modify their schedule to reflect these changes. Deleted message will still be emptied from trash on a floating 7 day window.
