Jim was one of the GRCC attendees at last Friday night’s NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet, and when sponsors of the event found themselves without a photographer, Jim contacted a former student, who came to the event to serve in that key role. Jim’s speedy assistance garnered GRCC a public thank-you!”

Tonight’s (Tuesday, October 19, 2010) volleyball match between GRCC and Lansing Community College will be a “Pink Out”; fans are asked to wear pink in support of breast cancer awareness. In addition, the event raises money for Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. The game will start at 6:30p.m. at the Ford Fieldhouse, and admission is free.
