Remember completing the PACE survey? This session will review and discuss results of the recent PACE survey, broken down by different employee groups. Tactics for responding to these survey results in pursuit of continuous organizational improvement will be explored

• Discover the results of the PACE survey, broken down by different employee groups
• Implement specific tactics for improving organizational effectiveness, in areas identified through the PACE survey
