Retirement Reception for Randy Lee
Randy Lee has served our Automotive Technology Department at GRCC for nearly 32 years and he deserves a warm thank you and congratulations as he moves into the next chapter of his life…RETIREMENT!
The Tassell M-TEC faculty and staff want to cordially invite you to Randy Lee’s Retirement Reception on December 14, 2010 from 11am-1pm in the Tassell M-TEC Atrium.
There will be hot hor d’oeuvres, refreshments, and best of all, cake! Please join us in wishing Randy well in his future endeavors.

GRAND RAPIDS – Far beyond the old washboard down by the creek, the highly automated Valley City Linen enters its diamond anniversary with a plant that can wash, dry, fold and deliver up to 450,000 pounds of fabric every week. […] When the three brothers mulled ways to observe the company’s 75th anniversary, they opted to set up 15 scholarships, each valued at $1,000, for culinary students at Grand Rapids Community College, Baker College in Muskegon, and Henry Ford Community College in the Detroit area. Greenforce Initiative fosters skills to get region’s green jobs

Green roofs, solar panels and a native plant garden are among the green initiatives Grand Rapids Community College in Michigan and Wilbur Wright College in Chicago are taking to become more efficient and environmentally friendly.
