GRCC faculty, community leaders attend seminar

Holland, MI — The full-time faculty of Grand Rapids Community College are gathered at the Grand Valley State University’s Eberhard Center today for Faculty Learning Day of the Winter 2011 semester. The event includes a number of seminars and activities for the faculty. Among the participants at this event will be guests from Davenport University, The Grand Rapids Public Museum, Kendall College of Art & Design of Ferris State University and Ferris State University, Big Rapids. Ice sculpting competition starts Friday

Holland, MI — With chainsaws, chisels, power drills and irons in hand, six collegiate teams will compete in this year’s ice sculpting compeition in downtown Holland.
