Weekly Fitness Course

The WE Team is offering a Weekly Fitness Course for 9 weeks. Instructor, Jola Lanier will lead the class in one of the following each week on a rotating basis: yoga, pilates, and stretching. Each one will be offered 3 times throughout the 9 weeks. Sessions will begin on Friday, January 28 and conclude Friday, April 1 (no session during Winter Break). Sessions are from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. at Spectrum Theater. The cost of this 9 week course is $20. Send payment to Employee Professional Development & Enrichment by Monday, January 24 (checks payable to GRCC). A minimum of 10 participants are needed.
