Sheryl Iott, piano faculty, will be performing a solo recital at the Aula Magna of Palazzo Gallenga at the University for Foreigners in Grand Rapids’ sister city of Perugia, Italy on May 24, 2011. Works by Scarlatti, Haydn, Granados, Barber, and Bartok are planned for the program. The concert has been arranged through cooperation with the sister city organizations in both cities, and is being sponsored by the organization in Perugia, the University for Foreigners in Perugia, and the Scuola di Musica la Maggiore.
