GRAND RAPIDS — Rob Bliss is a little stressed out. Weather reports that change daily aren’t making life any easier for the 22-year-old city event planner. Bliss — who has organized community events that include zombie walks, sidewalk chalk floods, his “100,000 Paper Airplanes and Melodies Over Monroe” ArtPrize entry and the “world’s largest” 500-foot inflatable urban water slide that drew thousands of participants each — hosts his first event of the year on Sunday, the Grand Rapids Lip Dub video.
