Bernard Taylor: ‘I’m very humbled and honored to be a finalist’

GRAND RAPIDS – Superintendent Bernard Taylor tonight said being named one of two finalists to lead Broward County Public Schools speaks volumes about what he and his staff have accomplished in the district. Wildcats open home season with tough loss to Grand Rapids

At the North Dakota State College of Science home football opener, the defense came to play against No. 13 Grand Rapids Community College, Mich. The problem was, they played and played and played. Grand Rapids controlled the ball all game long and the Wildcats couldn’t hold a 14-0 lead. They fell 42-21 at home Saturday afternoon.  (More)
