Record participation at this year’s Make A Difference Day!

Make a Difference Day was held this past Saturday at the Equest Center for Therapeutic Riding in Rockford, MI for the third year in a row. The Department of Experiential Learning led nearly 200 participants during this large service event including individuals from the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans and Hope Network.  Students loaded buses donated by Dean Transportation and made their way to the Equest Center to clear riding trails, fence and post painting, bailed hay, and other general odd jobs.
