GRAND RAPIDS — After some harried planning and more than an hour of cooking, Team Canada plated its tuna appetizer just four minutes before the deadline. GRCC, Illinois college presidents pumped for ‘Twin Bowl’

GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) — There is nothing like sibling rivalry — especially when the siblings are twins and presidents of community colleges. Dr. Steven Ender, president of Grand Rapids Community College, and his brother Dr. Ken Ender, president of Harper Community College in Palatine, Illinois, will meet this Saturday to watch their respective school teams play in what is being called the Twin Bowl. Identical twin brothers Kenneth and Steven Ender were born rivals. Thanks to their professional titles, two college football teams also can get in on the action. The two Enders — the presidents of Harper College in Palatine and Grand Rapids Community College in Grand Rapids, Mich., respectively — once again will see their football teams go head to head in the annual Twin Bowl, a gridiron game that guarantees its two opponents will officially meet their match.
