One of Cochrane’s own talented culinary experts recently won a prestigious cooking competition called the Nations Cup 2011, and did so in good taste. Amy Fox once again proved why she belongs in the culinary world during the competition, which lasted from October 20 to 22. She returned home with more medals around her neck than an 80’s hip-hop artist, with four prominent and legitimate cleaver knives awards as well. […] Fox and her partner left Charlottetown on October 18 and flew to Grand Rapids Michigan where she anxiously waited for the competition to begin.
