Hard economic times can kick concerns about child abuse down the road. But every day matters in the life of a child or teen being physically, sexually, or emotionally abused. Abused children and teens can’t wait for better, more prosperous days. This workshop explores the nature of child abuse, the root causes of it, and how professionals can respond effectively and compassionately to children and their abusers.
