This workshop, offered through Workforce Training, is a valuable opportunity for any and all students and staff in our health programs.
Have you ever wondered what separates customer service in the health care field from other customer service offerings? It may seem obvious but there are key areas that are different as well as alike. During this interactive learning session, health care and human service providers will explore this question as well as learning tools and techniques to create customer service experiences that are memorable for your patients and clients. Participants will be introduced to the basics and more targeted specifics of providing customer service in the health care and human service sector.
