Adjunct faculty are integral to the teaching and learning that occurs at Grand Rapids Community College. The Adjunct Faculty Award honors the critical role excellent teaching by adjunct faculty plays in promoting academic success among our students. The Award is also a way of celebrating the College’s focus on student success.
The Center for Teaching Excellence is pleased to announce that the nomination process for the Adjunct Faculty Award is now open through April 26, 2012. The criteria for the Adjunct Faculty Award are based on GRCC’s Academic Standards, as adopted by AGC. To learn more about this opportunity, including accessing the nomination application, go here.
The award includes a cash prize and figurine; it will be presented at the beginning of the Fall, 2012 semester.
