This past week, GRCC proudly graduated 1,874 students and many of them walked in Commencement surrounded by beloved faculty and supportive family. Congratulations to all those going on to bigger and better things!
Last week Friday, all employees of GRCC were invited to attend the annual employee appreciation lunch event which recognized employees for their service to GRCC and bid a fond farewell to those retiring from the college.
The deadline for the submission of grant applications for the Support Staff Professional Development (SSPD) program is 4:30 p.m., May 18, 2012. The SSPD application packet and SSPD Guidelines are available in the Professional Development Grants section of the Grants Office website at grcc.edu/sspdgrants. Please note that applications must include a Supervisor’s Approval form, a budget form and budget documentation. Lt. Governor to Give Commencement Speeches

Students graduating from Grand Rapids Community College Friday will hear a commencement speech from Lieutenant Governor Brian Calley. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Ford Fieldhouse in Grand Rapids. According to GRCC, approximately 1,874 students are set to graduate. (More)
