GRAND RAPIDS, Mich— The U.S. Department of Education awarded Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) a $387,630 grant to continue funding its TRiO Upward Bound Program. Upward Bound at GRCC provides intensive educational, service leadership, and cultural opportunities.
