Sexual Harassment Awareness Training

GRCC is committed to providing an academic and work environment that respects the dignity of individuals and groups. It is GRCC policy to prohibit harassment of one employee by another employee and/or supervisor on the basis of sex. This training provides a necessary tool for preventing sexual harassment. Sexual Harassment Awareness Training will help you understand the effective ways to identify and handle sexual harassment complaints when they occur.
Effective Facilitation Skills
This is a two-part course being presented by the Bob and Aleicia Woodrick Diversity Learning Center. Only 10 seats remain available.
- Part 1 will be presented Thursday June 7, 2012
- Part 2 will be presented Tuesday June 12, 2012.
- Both sessions will run from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
- Room 122, (Multi-purpose room) LRC.
Skills for promoting learning through self-discovery are explored. Principles of adult learning and competencies of effective facilitators are discussed. Best practices for facilitating learning in groups will be explored.
