Do you know that walking can help improve and lower your cholesterol as well as high blood pressure, diabetes, colon cancer, heart disease, stroke, and help prevent osteoporosis?
Physical activity also promotes higher self -esteem, higher productivity, and better cognitive function. Adults should be getting in 30-60 minutes of physical activity a day.
