Students Staffing GRCC’s Heritage Restaurant Gear up for Thursday Opening (Photos)

Students testing, plating, and tasting all the new recipes for the lunch shift at the Heritage Restaurant (a laboratory classroom used to give real-world experience to students of GRCC’s Secchia Institute for Culinary Education).

The Heritage opens on Thursday, September 6, 2012.  If you come in this week, you will receive a receive a complimentary dessert. Please call 234-3700 for a reservation, or book your reservation online with OpenTable.

YMCA Veggie Van on Campus Every Other Tuesday

The YMCA Veggie van was on our main campus yesterday selling fresh, (mostly) local fruits and veggies. This is a mobile farmers market that will stop by every other Tuesday between 11-12 pm alternating between our Main and Tassel M-TEC campuses. They take cash, credit and debit cards along with bridge cards.
