GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Grand Rapids Community College today will unveil a renovated 54-seat amphitheater-style lecture hall for its culinary program. “It’s literally a dream come true for our faculty,” said Andy Bowne, GRCC’s associate vice president for college advancement. “It will be one more addition to the gem of a program that we have at the Secchia Institute for Culinary Education.” (More)
