Dedication Ceremony for Pietro and Regina Culinary Amphitheater (Video)

GRCC’s Media Technologies Department was able to capture the dedication ceremony of the new Pietro and Regina Culinary Amphitheater that is now part of the world-class facilities of GRCC’s Secchia Institute for Culinary Education.  Among the highlights – Pastry Chef/Professor Gilles Renusson stretches a sugar ribbon the length of the theater and Peter Secchia cuts it with a hot knife:
