GRAND RAPIDS, MI — U.S. Sen. Carl Levin, D-Detroit, is slated to appear at Grand Rapids Community College’s Sneden Hall on Thursday, Oct. 25, to talk national security and foreign policy.

Partnership encourages GR, GVSU  sustainability push

What began in 2005 with the signing of the Community Sustainability Partnership, has lead Grand Rapids to be named the most sustainable midsize city in the nation, and Grand Valley State University to strive to improve in the area of sustainability…It was then, in 2005, that GVSU joined the Community Sustainability Partnership, which partnered the university with the city of Grand Rapids, along with the Grand Rapids Public Schools, Aquinas College and Grand Rapids Community College.
