Managing and leading are about getting things done through people. The difference between what employees can do, and will do, depends a lot on their level of motivation. Understanding what motivates employees is the foundation of this course. The end result is learning how to turn compliance into commitment. This workshop will be led by facilitators from Davenport University.

Target Audience:  All GRCC Employees in supervisory or leadership roles.
