Pipe installation work continues at College Park Plaza

A crane is scheduled to arrive in the Saint Mark’s parking lot, on the south side of College Park Plaza, this week.

Renovations to College Park Plaza include:

• installation of HW process piping on the second and third floors.
• electrical rough-ins and conduit installation in the penthouse and the fifth floor.
• installation of new ductwork on the second floor.
• work on the existing second floor I-beams.
• installation of fire suppression pipe in the ramp-level mechanical room.
