SESSION 3: EXPLORING IMPACT ISSUES. This session, led by educational gerontologist, Mike Faber, will help you explore a wide range of potential barriers that you will need to overcome in order for you to stay “on track.” These include aging-related health/wellness, caregiving, loneliness/relationships, discrimination, lack of purpose, spirituality, loss of self-esteem, fear, crime/safety, purposeful activities, civic engagement/giving back, societal expectations/trends, change, work (both paid and unpaid), and more.

SESSION 4: FINANCIAL PREPAREDNESS. This session, led by Jeffrey Noeker, Area Investment Manager for Fifth Third Securities, licensed since 1993, will give you a broad overview of financial issues that you may encounter before and during your retirement. These include borrowing basics, investing basics, pensions, social security, 401Ks, traditional IRAs, insurance, financial planning and more.
