Would you like to receive Professional Development credit for your participation in external learning opportunities?

As we near the end of the 2012-13 fiscal year and begin the performance review process, you may have participated in external training opportunities that you would like to have added to your Training Summary. NOTE: If you have already completed a Leave of Absence form and indicated that you should earn PD credits, you DO NOT need to fill out this form. This is only to be used for opportunities not offered through Staff Development, such as on-the-job training, webinars, and etc.

For Staff to request credit, please complete the Learning Opportunity Participation Confirmation Form found on the sidebar at https://cms.grcc.edu/departments-navigation/service-departments/employee-professional-development-amp-enrichment/profes-0 and forward to StaffDevelopment@grcc.edu. Faculty must contact the Center for Teaching Excellence to request credit.
