Charlie Wells’ WE 165, Dynamics of Fitness class headed to the beach for their workout last week. Some of the exercises that day included walking, running, lunging, push-ups, sit-ups and more. The students had a great time! It’s not about working out and not enjoying yourself, it’s about finding a place, or type of exercise you enjoy and sticking with what you enjoy. Taking your workout to a place like the beach can change your mindset on how you look at and experience exercise!
