The Fall Wellness Schedule is being worked on currently and will be solidified soon.
The two fall 7-week sessions will be:
September 3, 2013 – October 18, 2013
NO CLASSES WEEK OF OCTOBER 21-OCTOBER 25
October 28, 2013 – December 13, 2013
Three new classes we will be offering are:
- Express Tabata – a high intensity 20 seconds on 10 seconds off interval training
- PI/YO – a hybrid Pilates Yoga class
- SPIN – Spinning class
Also new this semester, we are requiring all wellness class participants fill out an Exercise Class Waiver that is good for the year.
