Flooding in the Main Building could have been a disaster without the quick work of custodian Avonte Braden-Love. About 3 p.m. September 5, she found the jewelry lab covered with about a quarter-inch of water, apparently caused by a blown-out water heater. She quickly found the problem and cleaned up the flooding, saving the wooden floor.
