CTE Offering Saturday Workshops on September 21

The Center for Teaching Excellence would like to cordially invite all full-time and adjunct faculty to attend “Saturday with the CTE,” a special faculty professional development event on Saturday, September 21. That morning we are offering workshops on “Blackboard Basics,” “Creating Accessible Documents in Word and PowerPoint,” and “Promoting Active Learning.” The day will begin with a light continental breakfast from 8:00-8:30 in 349 Main, with the three workshops scheduled to begin at 8:30, 9:45, and 11:00 in 347 and 351 Main. You may sign up for one, two, or all three—we have set up separate registrations for each. All registrations are through the CTE registration site at www.grcc.edu/ctereg.
