As we enter into autumn in Michigan we are blessed with a harvest of healthy fruits like apples and tomatoes. In this class, learn how to home-can Tomato Apple Chutney which embodies a variety of flavors and combines these two Michigan greats! This delicious condiment can be served with cheese trays, atop grilled meats and used as colorful addition to relish trays. This is a participative class where you can help prep foods we are canning or you may simply relax and watch the hands on demonstration from start to finish.
