Microsoft Office 2013 is now available to all staff and faculty with a Windows operating system. Staff members may install Microsoft Office 2013 directly from the Zenworks application explorer.
*During the installation progress, Office 2013 will be installed and Office 2010 will be uninstalled.
IMPORTANT: Users of nVision will need to contact the GRCC IT Helpdesk prior to installing Microsoft Office 2013.

To install Office 2013 on your machine, please follow the steps listed below.
1) Close all open Office products. (This includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Access, Publisher, etc.) All Office products will need to remain closed through the duration of the installation, approximately 20 – 30 minutes.
2) Open the ZENworks application explorer. The application explorer can be found on the desktop or via Start > All Programs > Novell ZENworks > ZENworks Application Window.
3) Launch the installation bundle titled Office 2013 (x86) or Office 2013 (x64). Most users will use the (x86) bundle. If you are unsure which installer you need, please contact the IT Helpdesk at (616) 234-4357.
4) To view the installation progess:
a. Right-click on the ZENworks system icon located in the lower right hand corner near the clock. Click “Show Progress”
