Staff Development is pleased to offer this highly interactive program which will teach techniques for effective conflict resolution and expose individuals to the different ways that people react in conflict situations. It will show them what their preferred strategy is in conflict, and then help them plan to use a more integrating style of conflict resolution more effectively at work.

- Conflict Resolution Model – learning to productively address and resolve conflict for organizational and personal health
- Situational Exercises.
Conflict Strategies – **This is a two-part course. Participants must commit to both sessions. Part 1 will be presented on Fri Oct 18 and Part 2 will be presented on Fri Oct 25th. Both sessions will run from 9-11:00 AM and will be held in Room 125/127 CSC**
