Raider Salute to Beautiful U volunteers

Thank you to Jane Hedges, Kymberli Flanagan, Charlie Olawsky (and his CA 105 students), Bill Jacoby (and his CA 205 students), Mike Kidder, Dale VandenBerg, Kirsten Weber, and Eric Purple for assisting Ferris State University and Miranda with the Beautiful U event held Tuesday, November 19.  Jane Hedges and Kymberli Flanagan did much of the coordination of the event that involved SICE. Storeroom made sure all product donations were received (many items were donated by Meijer) and other items were ordered and received for the lunch.  Both CA 105 and 205 helped prepare the box lunches.  Kymberli Flanagan did a demo of the Black Bean Salsa served in the box lunch, and Jane Hedges provided much information on nutrition.
