Consumers Energy Planning work on Ransom week of December 16 – 20

Consumers Energy will be doing work to replace power poles and high voltage lines along Ransom Street next week. Traffic along Ransom may be impacted periodically. One poles are in place, they will be replacing the high voltage lines on Friday, December 20th. The Student Center could be without power for up to 6 hours. The Bookstore and Raider Grille will be closed that day and GRCC employees will be working from the Main and Cook buildings.
