Wellness classes welcome drop-ins!

Did you know that you can still join in any of our 8 different wellness classes offered during the week at any time?!

There is no need to register, you can just drop in!

Monday:

  • Yoga at the M-Tec 12:15-1:00pm
  • Spinning in room 140 CSC from 3:15-4:00pm

Tuesday

  • Bootcamp in room 140 CSC from 12:00-12:30pm
  • 30-15-15 in room 211 Spectrum from 5:30-6:30pm

Wednesday

  • Spinning in room 140 CSC from 3:15-4:00pm
  • Spinning in room 140 CSC from 5:30-6:15pm

Thursday

  • Bootcamp in room 140 CSC from 12:00-12:30pm
  • Tae Kwon Do in room 211 Spectrum from 5:30-6:15pm
