A Writer’s Tool Kit for the Career-Minded Professional

Writing is a key skill for any successful career, and communication that is clear, concise and has a point gets the best results. This workshop offers grammar, style, structure and editing tips for developing emails, letters, memos and other written correspondence. In this two-hour workshop, you will learn essential skills, including: A guide to the 10 most common mistakes we make in punctuation and grammar; the 5 Cs of Communication; Plain English (removing jargon from your communications); and writing to inform and to persuade. You’ll learn how to write emails, memos, letters and presentations that yield great results.
