This Sunday morning, March 9th, a team of 18 GRCC staff and faculty will be running a 5K to support Gilda’s Club. This race starts at GRCC’s Fieldhouse and will have many of our finest employees wearing our fanciest, funniest underwear (outside of our clothes of course) as we run through the streets of Grand Rapids. This events is part of Laughfest, an event that entirely supports Gilda’s Club of Grand Rapids.
In support of this event, the Faculty Association is raising money for Gilda’s Club. All donations go directly to Gilda’s Club and our community. If you would like to send a check, please make it out to Gilda’s Club and send it to Katie Vander Meer (212 ATC).
As of today, we have raised $1,454.00. A sincere thank you to all who have already donated. This is our one chance to run in our underwear on campus … and some of us couldn’t resist the opportunity! Thank you for your support and consideration.
