Staff development offers nine exercise classes

We all know there are tremendous benefits to moving our bodies more, but let’s just review a bit shall we?

  • Exercise controls weight.
  • Exercise combats health conditions and diseases.
  • Exercise improves mood.
  • Exercise boosts energy.
  • Exercise promotes better sleep.
  • Exercising with others is fun and builds community.

We have 9 group exercise classes for you to choose from Monday though Friday. Invite a friend, co-worker, neighbor, community member to come join in what we are doing here at GRCC!

These classes start Monday March 10 and run through April 25.

We are offering Gentle Yoga, Spinning, Bootcamp, 30-15-15, Tae Kwon Do and Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga. All of these classes are great for beginners to advanced and really all you need is some cozy clothes and yourself. We have classes before work, during lunch, in the afternoon and in the evening.
