The U.S. Armed Services recognizes April as the month of the military child. Often military children are admired for their resilience and ability to deal with life-changing events. Janice Holten, our veterans representative in the Registrar’s office, encourages students and employees to wear purple on April 15 to recognize sacrifices made by military families and their children.
