Next week is the last week in our first summer session of wellness classes here at GRCC. It’s never too late to join us in moving more and increasing our general health. The next session starts on June 30 and runs through August 22.
Other than building up your thighs or toning your arms, exercise improves your mind: “Exercise is the single best thing you can do for your brain in terms of mood, memory and learning. Even just 10 minutes changes your brain,” says psychiatrist and author John Ratey.
